Meet the Regional Administration Staff

Dave Oliver

Vice President of Operations

Dave became involved with Teen Challenge in 1988 when he agreed to serve on a local committee for the Spokane Men’s Center. After 18 years of service on local committees and TC Corporate Boards he resigned his pastorate in February of 2007 to begin working for Teen Challenge as the Operations Officer. His desire is to see Teen Challenge strengthen in every aspect and operate according to our Core Values, Creed, and Student Covenant.

Rodger Snodgrass

Vice President of Business Operations

Rodger served for 12 years as a volunteer on a Teen Challenge local committee, then as a corporate board member. In April of 2009, he was hired as the Director of Business Development for Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge Centers, bringing with him over 35 years of retail management experience. His retail background and leadership has contributed to tremendous financial growth. It is his desire to serve every student with vocational training while financially supporting the ministry.

Charlie Parker

Regional Facilities Manager

Charlie has been on staff since 2000. He is the Maintenance and Projects Manager, and he travels to all the centers in the Northwest; assisting the Senior Executive Director and the local Directors in planning, organizing, purchasing and directing the management of facilities maintenance and projects.

Brandi Manley

Executive Administrative Assistant

Back in 2011 God used the amazing ministry of Teen Challenge Hannah’s House to pull me out of the pit of despair, hopelessness, and darkness I was living in everyday. Through Adult & Teen Challenge, God delivered me from a serious addiction to drugs. Through this program God has completely turned my life into what feels like a fairy tale! Now I have the opportunity to give back to this amazing ministry by allowing God to use me in the restoration of lives of the people He brings to Adult & Teen Challenge.

Lindy Hodges

Executive Administrative Assistant

Lindy started full-time ministry with Teen Challenge in 1998 at Mid-America Teen Challenge in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She also served as the Office Manager for the Spokane Men's Center from 2000 until 2005. Lindy now serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO/President who is also her husband.

Scott Read

Director of Finance

Scott joined Teen Challenge in January 2016 as the Director of Finance.  Previously he had been in the hospitality business for 40 years with the most recent 30 years in financial leadership.  Scott is a native Oregonian and a graduate of Oregon State University in the school of Business.  After graduating college he left Oregon where his travels lead to Hawaii, Arizona and California before returning to Oregon in 2008.  He is active in his church and currently captains a parking team as well as having been on a recent mission trip to Ecuador.

Dawson Hunter

IT & Media Director

Dawson began working with Teen Challenge on a freelance basis in 2009 and came on board full-time in 2010. He is responsible for regional media production (including print, video, and web design), and he manages the administration office technology. He loves to solve problems, and proudly accepts the unofficial title of "office geek!"

Scott Bray

TCMI Coordinator

Scott is a 2006 graduate of Teen Challenge in Arizona. After completing an internship in Arizona, he attended the Teen Challenge Ministry Institute in Lebanon, Oregon. During his schooling he met his wife—a graduate of Salem Bible College and Elementary Children's Ministry Director at Oak Creek Christian Center. Since 1981 Scott has been entertaining people as an illusionist. Throughout Scott’s career he has had the opportunity to work with numerous magicians such as World Renowned Illusionist André Kole traveling to several different countries on five continents around the globe. Since 2012 Scott has been on staff with Adult & Teen Challenge as a Student Sponsorship Coordinator and currently he is the Teen Challenge Ministry Institute Coordinator.  Scott was also part of missions work and staff training in Kampala, Uganda with Teen Challenge Uganda.

Abigail Anderson

Student Sponsorship Specialist

Abigail joined the administration office at Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge in July of 2014 as a Donor Services Specialist working in Donor & Gifts Management.  In September of 2015, she transferred to the position of Student Sponsorship Specialist where she now coordinates the Adult & Teen Challenge student sponsorship program.  Abigail is passionate about the mission of Teen Challenge and is excited to build relationships with and involve its many supporters.

Breanne Howard

Donor Services Coordinator

Breanne has been on staff with Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge since 2008. She began working in the Donor and Gifts Management department, while simultaneously attending Oregon State University. She graduated from Oregon State in June 2013 with her Bachelors in Human Development and Family Sciences. She joined our team as Donor Services Coordinator in July 2013. As Donor Services Coordinator she works closely with the Donor and Gifts Management department. Her job responsibilities include, assembling data for donor services, creating and providing donor reports and thank you programs, along with creating and implementing strategies for donor appreciation. She has an enormous passion for Teen Challenge and loves serving with the staff across the Pacific Northwest.

Mona Ngirarois

Accounting Clerk

Mona joined Pacific Northwest Adult & Teen Challenge of March 2015 after participating in a volunteer internship. She earned her Accounting Associates degree from Portland Community College.Currently she has been assigned to assist with requisition requests and replenishment. She was born and raised in Palau and have resided in Portland for some time. She's ecstatic to be part of Teen Challenge where people utilize their individual unique talent towards God's Kingdom.

Catherine Long

Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable

Catherine has been the Accounts Payable Specialist for the region since January of 2015. She adores every part of her job; especially when she gets to use excel! She grew up in Gresham and still lives and enjoys the area. She obtained her Associate of Arts Degree at Mt. Hood Community College and then later completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at Warner Pacific College’s Adult Degree Program in 2013. She loves Jesus with all her heart and loves being able to serve Him alongside her Teen Challenge team members. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends (especially her niece and nephew), hiking, jogging and playing with her kitty, Phyllis.

Dawn Aguilar

Administrative Assistant

Dawn is a 2013 graduate of Adult & Teen Challenge Graham Campus.  Upon her completion of the program, she decided to take part in the year-long Pacific Northwest Adult & Teen Challenge internship. During her internship, she was brought on as a staff member.  Currently, she serves as the Donor Services Specialist processing deposits, mailing receipts, and maintaining donor records.  Dawn loves working for Adult & Teen Challenge because she has the privilege of witnessing individual students blossoming into leaders for Christ! 

Nancy Ries

Accounting Clerk

Nancy joined our administration team in October 2015 in the Accounting Department.  Currently, she divides her day between working for the Accounts Payable department and Donor Services.

She enjoys being active in her women's small group bible study through her church, spending time with her family, and the best part is being grandma to her 16-month old twin granddaughters.
