Chris graduated with his BA from Southwestern A/G University in Waxahachie, Texas. Having a passion for leadership he completed his Master degree in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University in 2009. Chris started in full time ministry in 1998 at Mid-America Teen Challenge in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Chris was selected to serve at the Executive Director of Spokane Teen Challenge in 2000. Chris was then elected to serve as the CEO/President of Adult and Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest in 2005 and continues to serve in this position.
Chris has also served on a number of committees and boards including the Teen Challenge USA corporate board, Teen Challenge Africa Advisory committee and most recently on the Global Teen Challenge corporate board of directors.
Prior to accepting the role of Chief Operating Officer of PNW Adult & Teen Challenge, Brian Nelson had served the ministry as the Division Leader of Licensed Treatment. A former graduate of Adult & Teen Challenge PNW, Brian has served over a decade as a substance disorder professional, became credentialed as a Foursquare pastor, is pursuing an MBA in organizational & ministry leadership, and along with his wife, is leading a house of teenage girls and a preteen boy.
Rodger served for 12 years as a volunteer on a Teen Challenge local committee, then as a corporate board member. In April of 2009, he was hired as the Director of Business Development for Adult and Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest, bringing with him over 35 years of retail management experience.
His retail background and leadership has contributed to tremendous financial growth. It is his desire to serve every student with vocational training while financially supporting the ministry.
Josh is an Oregon native, raised in the Albany area. After having served in the US Navy, he completed his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Oregon State University. Josh went onto complete an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University. Josh began serving Adult & Teen Challenge, Pacific Northwest over five years ago because he loves seeing and being a part of true transformation in the lives of our students. Josh lives in the Portland area with his wife and two children.
